How We Help
Space Management
From establishing classroom spaces including the equipment they contain (pilates reformer, bar, mirror, heaters, etc…) which classes would be best suited in these rooms. Additionally admin can create blackout dates for certain events, holidays, or closures, ensuring no classes will be scheduled or suggested for those days and times.
Student Profiles
Upon signing up for a classes students will create their own account or sign in to a preexisting account. Accounts contain family members, essential information including allergies, and emergency contacts which teachers have access to through a premade roster. Students can message instructors, withdraw from classes, transfer to a new class, and more.
Teacher Support
Admin invites teachers to join Tidy through their own profile associated with the studio, teachers can then add their availability, qualifications (pilates, yin, bikram, restorative, etc…), their resume, cover letter, and more. Additionally teachers can request time off, be assigned classes, pick up subbing opportunities, and access their upcoming classes.
Administrative Reports
Through the active tracking of enrollments Tidy Teacher creates real time reports of your studios enrollment rates, per class, subject, or medium, in addition to instructor hours, cancellations, total revenue and more. Access detailed reports based on your studios needs to provide essential information on the progress of your classes, instructors, students, and financial details of your studio.
Schedule Suggestions
Tidy Teacher uses your studios information, analyzes years of data to create informed suggestions of which classes to run at what time, in which classroom, at what hour, and for how long to provide the best possible solution for a full class, every class. Class suggestions are designed based on your preferences, and contain all of the reasons for the suggestion.
Class Updates
Class changes are an inevitable part of managing a studio, from weather closures, to instructor absences, and more students, and teachers need to be informed. For this reason Tidy Teacher provides options to cancel, postpone, or move classes within the schedule. Popups will support by adding information, blocks, and direct messaging to keep teachers, and students informed of all changes.

After years of working in different studios, schools, and non-profits, Cici (Tidy Teacher Founder) noticed they are all experiencing the same issue… their programs were built on institutional knowledge from staff members, and guess and check. Tidy Teacher takes all of the data of your studio and analyzes it for you, so your schedule is not only optimized for the highest fill rates but it also ensures no overlaps, proper classroom placement, teacher availability, and provides a means of communication with instructors and students.

Running a yoga or fitness studio can be complex, because you are often navigating classroom spaces with varying equipment and resources, teacher qualifications and specialties in different types of practice, and more. Each of these factors often requires a highly organized individual to keep track of everything. Tidy Teacher becomes that system of organization. It keeps track of each of those elements and informs you if there is a point of conflict including class overlap, wrong classroom placement, or more.

Often times art classes have certain skill levels associated with the course. For example students should typically have a general knowledge of yoga flow before signing up for an intermediate class. Within our class builder is space for prerequisites which students are required to acknowledge prior to signing up for the class.

Tidy teacher has a messaging portal for all students enrolled in a course and instructors assigned to teach that class. If a change needs to be made Tidy Teacher has built in adjustments such as postpone a class, cancel, or extend a class. If creating this change creates a conflict with another class Tidy Teacher will warn you prior to making the change. Once the change is confirmed Tidy will provide you a direct option to message all students enrolled.

Teacher profiles contain their artistic skillsets. Classes also contain information regarding skillsets required to teach this course. Tidy contains a space for instructors to request a sub from admin. If approved the sub request gets sent to all instructors within that skillset, ensuring a yin teacher cannot sub for a bikram class unless bikram is within their skillset.
